Room is so small, there is only about 2 feet around the bed and that is it. Bathroom is tiny. Air conditioning did not work, very hot and hard to sleep.

I was refused stay at this hotel with my service dog because “pets” aren’t allowed. I explained to the staff that it is a medical necessity but they refused to let me stay. I had to find a new hotel at 11 pm. There was also no info on their website or Expedia detailing their animal policy.

VERY comfortable. An inviting, well-laid-out room that had me wishing I would spend more nights in Geneva. Well-located, on a bus line from that airport that goes conveniently to center city. Nice restaurant open late. Helpful desk staff. I was pleased and satisfied in every respect.

Convenient, close to airport. Check-in lack of warmth. Same employee was also at the Suite hotel when I needed street information to give to Uber he was bothered to the point he waved to another guest to come forward to the front desk! Check-out experience was outstanding, cheerful and caring Receptionist.
