Buongiorno signorina Samira,allora la sua prenotazione e stata fatta con Hotel Collect era per venerdi 12-13/07/2019 per una camera doppia! Abbiamo provato a chiamarla sia noi che Expedia ,perche la sua carta risultava non attiva! e non rispondeva al telefono, però c'è da dire una cosa che lei il venerdi lei non si e presentata e tanto meno a chiamato per avvisare che non veniva. Si e presentata il giorno seguente alle 19:00 chiedendo la stanza!!! penso che sia assurdo,dato che lei a prenotato con Hotel Collect quando il cliente non avvisa che non viene in automatico dopo l'orario del check in possiamo cancellare la sua richiesta ,per mancata prersentazione,e applicare la penale , che nel suo caso era del 50% della prenotazione(LEGGA IL REGOLAMENTO),quindi noi non siamo stati ostili,ma le abbiamo solo spiegato che la camera per il secondo giorno non c'era più,e lei a pagato solo quello da regolamento e nient'altro,grazie per la sua gentilezza,e per la prossima volta rispetti il lavoro degli altri,che non e un gioco.Hallo Fräulein Samira, dann wurde Ihre Reservierung bei Hotel Collect für Freitag, den 13.12.09 für ein Doppelzimmer getätigt! Wir haben versucht, sie sowohl uns als auch Expedia anzurufen, weil ihre Karte nicht aktiv war! und ging nicht ans Telefon, aber es gibt etwas zu sagen, dass sie sich am Freitag nicht vorgestellt hat, geschweige denn angerufen hat, um ihr mitzuteilen, dass sie nicht kommt. Es wurde am folgenden Tag um 19:00 Uhr präsentiert und nach dem Zimmer gefragt !!! Ich halte es für absurd, da Sie bei Hotel Collect gebucht haben, wenn der Kunde nicht mitteilt, dass dies nicht automatisch nach der Check-in-Zeit erfolgt. Wir können Ihre Anfrage aufgrund einer fehlgeschlagenen Reservierung stornieren und die in Ihrem Fall geltende Strafe anwenden von 50% der Reservierung (LESEN SIE DIE VERORDNUNG)
