The room door is not soundproof and it is very noisy. I was awakened 3 times during my nap. I called the front desk to ask for a room change but waited for 2 hours but no response. I went to the counter downstairs to ask for a room change again but the front desk said they would check and no response at all. I felt like I was staying in a 2-star hotel!

The hotel room was very smelly since the hotel was just opened few months ago. We wanted to shorten our stay and requested it via Expedia. And then the hotel changed a better room so we stayed 2 nights as planed. But the vehicle that the hotel booked for us to the airport was terrible. Only one safe belt worked on the back seats. Loud local music and strong spray smell…….The driver kept making calls on the way to the airport in very high speed. So scared! Most likely it wasn’t a certificated vehicle but it charged us double more than a normal taxi. How could A 5-star hotel make this kind of arrangement?
