An impressive stunning Andaman 180 degree sea view for our 2 bed rooms, huge balcony seaview appartment. Clean cosy , fully equipped service appartment with cleaned crockery / cutlery / microwave / fridge. A smooth and fast check-in experienced with Front Desk as we booked paid via expediate in advance.
Tanjung Point Residence are situated 45 minutes away from Penang International Airport by cab.
Distance travel for most local places of interest for example George Town, Kimberly Street , Penang Hill are approximately 25 to 40 minutes by Grab Cab. Even we need any supper during late night Grab food are available.
A Spanish restaurant Hola Tapas Bistro by Javu are situated in Tanjung Point Residence , simple decent tapas and steaks with great attentive service are available . The News convenient shop are available too in this property.
As this property in house guests are accessible to the private beach with white sand via room cards tag at the entrance of before entering beach gate.

We had a lovely time at Tanjung Point.
The apartment was exactly as advertised in the photos. We had free parking and easy access to the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They gave us a 5-star experience.
The pool was particularly nice -- infinity pool overlooking the ocean, incredible views. The pool was very clean and it was obviously well kept.
The location was great -- lots of eateries within walking distance, 15 min drive to Georgetown, and 20 min drive to Batu Feringgi. There was a convenience store right in the apt complex so we could pick up drinks and snacks at odd hours.There was access to the beach and there was a good array of water sports offered (although I would not recommend swimming in Penang beaches).
Altogether it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Tanjung Point!
Ovwrall it was a great stay! I love the view of the sea. Very calming. The room is big enough. Everything is complete. Just that, there's no towel available upon our arrival, no breakfast provided and no toothbrush set provided which pretty inconvenient for me.
Loved the pool. The apartment was big enough. No problems at check-in. Our car was not ready during our stay there (not their fault), but it was not a very convenient location without a car. Not much within walking distance except a couple of restos, had to take the bus. Ahd the apartment was not well furnished (no plates, no ustencils, just a couple of glasses and cups).

-parking a bit hassle everytime want to drive out must go down to frontdesk to wave/validate touch&go card then only can drive out if peak hour takes more than 20min to wait for the lift to come down coz is 37floor apartment only 2 lift to cater whole
Nice big rooms and very clean,staff were courteous and friendly throughout my stay. Was a little disappointed with checkin and the amount of rules and regulation you had to follow whilst staying there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The receptionist is not friendly during check-in and not information is given. I have to ask everything then only he will tell me. All he does is to ask me to give a deposit and hand over me the room card.
After check-in, I found out the fire alarm sensor is keeping beeping then I have to go down with all my luggage to lobby because the phone in the room it wasn't working. After that, they send someone to take it away from the fire alarm sensor. Later on, I found out the TV is not working so that I call them, they told me if I want to watch TV they need to send maintenance guy to key in some code then only I can use TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, Why they did not fix it before I checked in.
After the stay, I found the room is not worth the price I paid for. OVER price with poor room amenities and condition, with nothing around. Not recommended this place at all.

There should be a deep clean at least every month as changeover will not allow the cleaners to do a thorough clean of every corner.
The apartment floors appeared clean but when you walk on the tiles ones feet turned black especially when walking on the balcony and the outside utility area. It had not obviously cleaned between stays. The sides of kitchen cupboards where spillages has occurred had not been noticed and wiped up.
The edges of the showers could have more attention paid to it as cumulative dirt over time will lower the appeal to clients.
Cleaners should not handle Soiled wet linen with bare hands and just place them on the floor outside apartments. They should go straight into linen bins for dirty linen - our group had diarrhoea and vomiting and much of the linen was soiled yet it was handled with bare hands and placed in a pile on the floor. Those same hands will handle other apartments, door handles, lift buttons with a potential to spread the sickness.

I was a bit worried at first but this place out did all my expectations.
It was wonderful....the appartment was huge ...clean..an just everything was perfect.
Waking up to the scenery of the ocean an pool daily was just the cherry on the top.
Five stars from me 4 Tanjung point
I was welcomed by an Indian female staff on 26/12 at about 3pm. She was awesome and very pleasant. Explained the necessaries. How ever the female Malay staff - think she needs to have better attitude and learn how to smile. We are guest and it’s bcos of us she has a job. I witnessed how to managed a guest checking out - she was rude but guest kept quiet. However, we did ask for a towel as one of our towels had a stain - but we never got it at all.
One other thing - pls leave some guide as to how to operate your tv. Other than that - my stay was fantastic. Fantastic vow too if I may add.
very happy and beautiful scenery. 3 room with 3 bathroom. Kitchen complete. extra room for ironing. can swing in the pool or beach. As seen in the web photo. Recommend. Easy to park . Near shop.
