The room had damage round the door handle there was a suspect brown stain in the shower the flooring was in poor condition Centrally based so handy for shops etc

Unclean room, desperately in need of some paint to cover the marks on the ceiling and on the cracked window ledges. The floor needs replacing. Even the door was stained (I took photos). The bed was comfy. Room extremely spartan. 3-star to me means an absence of luxury, but not unclean or damaged.

Staff is amazing and remembers you by name! The location is perfect!! Walking distance to every thing in the city center. They are kind enough to offer storage for your luggage before check in…so appreciated that! Would definitely stay there again.

Central hotel could walk everywhere

Very central hotel, friendly front of house lady, big shower room unfortunately it was lukewarm Water & only 1 accessible plug in the room otherwise great place for a one night visit.

Bed bugs… :(

Unfortunately found bed bugs all over our bed on the second night, but the receptionist was very lovely and offered to refund. We didnt see the Google reviews that noted the infestation, but if youre in room 43 please ask to move as there are lots of these critters :( We also had no window or balcony access as the door was broken, which made aeration difficult. Otherwise, really good location and lovely staff.

Decent for price, but you get what you pay for. I had a renovated room which was really nice, but the rest of the hotel is under renovation. There’s no elevator and the staff didn’t seem to be in the best physical condition to help you carry your bags up. So keep that in mind.

Not safe, garbage bin across the street, odd ways to get to room through outside stairs, foul smell, had to wash stuff that was out of bag to get rid of smell, cigarette butts out the front window and garbage out bathroom window that had no screen and could potentially be accessed by others, one outlet to charge things but you had to choose to charge or have the fan plugged in, not great when you are travelling and need devices charged, would have changed hotels when we found bugs but nothing available and unsafe to leave with a child late at night in search. Only positive I have is that their staff was super helpful, understanding and kind. I wish they worked at a spot that was better. Would not recommend staying unfortunately regardless of how helpful and kind the staff was.
