"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der autofreien Zone von Gent.
In der expedia App wurde angegeben, dass Parken kostenlos ist. Auf meine email Nachfrage, wie ich das Parkhaus (trotz autofreier Zone) erreiche, erhiehielt ich leider keine Antwort. So parkte ich außerhalb der Zone mit extra Kosten und nahm ein Taxi zum Hotel.
Beim Check in erhielt ich die Info, dass Parken 27,50€ pro Tag kostet, wenn es aber in der App bestätigt sei, ich es auch kostenlos bekomme. Das war jetzt leider zu spät, da das Umparken mit weiteren Kosten verbunden wäre. Schade.
Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So konnte das Problem, des nicht gelieferten Bademantels schnell behoben werden. Ein technischer Defekt am TV wurde 5 Minuten nach Meldung behoben, auch wenn dies mit einem Zommerwechsel verbunden war. Diese Schnelligkeit ist beeindruckend.
Bei einem Aufenthalt >1 Übernachtung ist es möglich, auf den Zimmerservice zu verzichten. Dafür erhält man an der Bar Getränke. Das ist ein gutes Angebot. Benötigt man Ammenities kann man diese über die HotelApp bestellen."
