Asked for towels at reception 4 times! Didnt get them. Had to use hand towel for shower. Lifts were broken the whole time. Jacuzzi also broken. Dont waste your money, just go to the premier inn instead

Great location for concert goers

Lovely hotel close to the Hydro and SECC. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard. They should give you a pillow option

Excellent hotel. Me and my wife was only there for an overnight stay as we were attending a concert at the ovo hydro, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, room was very clean and comfortable and the food on offer was very good also. Hope to come back to Glasgow again soon and will definitely stay at the Crown Plaza when we return.

Could have been much better

Stayed over yesterday, staff fine but female toilets were blocked and nearly overflowing in main reception arrea. Revolving entrance door was out of action, as was one of the lifts, which wasn’t good for a bust Saturday and not what one would expect in an hotel of this standing in the city centre of Glasgow.
