Brill stay, my kids felt like princesses. So clean, tidy and always smells abolutely amazing. The way they treat guests is lovely, they cant do enough. Only comment i will say is everything is in glass in regards to soft drinks, nothing is draft and they provide no recycling bins. However, if you ask them they will have them from you but it would be nice not to have to throw glass in the bin.

Excellent overnight stay.
Arrived for an overnight stay as a group of friends on a theatre trip. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage in the rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Beds comfy and clean. Although the hotel overlooks the railway there was limited noise that did not disturb sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of options to choose. Would definitely recommend and return when in Glasgow.

My Go To Hotel in Glasgow
Great location. Hotel has recently been refurbished and looks great. I’ve stayed here on a number of occasions now and always been happy. Got a room upgrade this time. All staff were very helpful. A big shout out to Kimberly, the receptionist who handled a difficult situation in a professional and courteous manner.

Breakfast should be included. Cost of room was high. The cost for the breakfast was ridiculously high for a hotel breakfast. Also we apparently were VIP under Expedia, saw nothing to determine “VIP”. Room was good. Staff friendly. Convenient location.

Best of all my stays in Scotland!
I have a walking disability, and the hotel provided me with a beautifully designed, quiet room on the second floor. As in many hotels around Scotland, I was asked if I would need help in case of an emergency. I had dinner and two substantial breakfasts while I stayed there, and the food was well-prepared and delicious, especially the cheesy cauliflower. Location was good so that I could walk to my destinations rather easily with my rollator.

Excellent service, lovely property. Room over looking river, fantastic view. Everything perfect. Train station neighbours property. Lots of train noise day and night which did not bother me at all. Other members of my party had room on other side of building where there was no noise from trains at all. Maybe request city view instead of river view if noise sensitive. Fantastic staff, fantastic stay.

Our stay couldnt have been better. Breakfast was amazing, location was close to everything, and, if you like to work out on vacation, the gym was top notch. We left something at the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful in getting it back to us.

Needed a hotel for a few nights for when I was travelling to Glasgow to Alice Cooper and have to say the place was absolutely cracking value for money the 3 nights i stayed there the staff were super friendly and helpful the room was spotless too will definitely be going back there again the next time I'm staying in Glasgow plus it's walking distance to the ovo hydro so win win in my books

Had a couple extra days so we stayed in lively Glasgow. Great staff. Very helpful in getting us to places. Only thing was i thought the room was pretty small but then again i assumed it would be larger because of the king bed.
