The hotel was fantastic really quiet and the room and facilities were good. Staff were very professional and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend if visiting Glasgow this is the place to stay. A 10min walk to bars restaurants.

Excellent. Well located, clean hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was inability to use their own carpark due to roadworks directly outside. Not the hotel's fault directly, but did impact on my stay.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well-situated for a visit to nearby restaurants and the theatre. We really enjoyed our one night stay and our dog was made to feel welcome, too.

Excellent Hotel warm and welcoming and clean and instantly was delighted We were staying here with the look of the Entrance and the Room had everything We needed.This is now My favourite Hotel.The People who Work here are outstanding.Thank You.Hal at Reception is an absolute Credit to the Hotel and exactly the type of Person who Guests are expecting and hoping there is if We need something Hal is exactly this Person as He is understanding polite and efficient and nothing is any bother it reminds Us of the good in People and to Book again.We stayed extra Nights and have recommended to Others.Thanks to the others at Reception they are excellent too and to the HouseKeeping and those who are doing such a good Job with the Breakfast.The Location is great and near for Train and Bus and Airport and Shops.

To get an email night before arriving to say carpark was out of action along the council was poor show. Great you gave us postcode to get to the other carpark shame you forgot directions for walking to hotel from the carpark - not easy when you have mobility issues. Pillows were well passed their use and no clean towels or room made up after night one when we’d been out all day and actually told reception the room was empty when we requested new pillows! Dirty cups, glasses and spoons left - attention to detail really needs to be looked at. As a family we had 3 rooms and there was only 1 room that was clean with no issues. Better to go back to usual Crowne Plaza instead

An annoying place to stay
Bed comfortable enough. Nice shower. But what an annoying place to stay! Would definitely not recommend. First: they have no separate elevator for housekeeping, which means every lift that goes by (there are 2, both small) is full during the day, a housekeeper and cart(s). On average during the day, it took us 7-10 minutes to go from the room to the lobby or vice versa. The staff is clueless. Couldn't answer any questions, including where the bus stop was for the airport return. Room service menu in room but not available. Room overly warm. Construction noises. Housekeeping came in early twice even though we had the red light (do not disturb) on and had not requested anything. Very frustrating stay, overall.
