We we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary and had stayed at The Spires when we got married (andy many time thereafter). The ladies / team were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extra special. Cant thank them enough The apartment always delivers!! Prefer our own space etc rather than a hotel and The Spires has everything you could want in a location that provides easy access to tourist activities / shopping / entertainment whatever you need

Weekend city trip
We arrived at 14:00 hrs but as I didn't read the literature sufficiently, wewaited until 15:00 hrs before realising that we needed to go upstairs to the reception area. Anyway, our room was ready. Located on the 6th floor our first impression was how spacious and well presented the room was. Bedroom had en-suite and small balcony albeit this looked out onto the backs of other buildings. The sitting room was ideal, spacious and well appointed. Everything seemed just right. The apartments are located very centrally in the Merchant City area. Parking can utilised within the NCP just across the road and is well discounted, my tip would be to use the app. Overall an excellent stay, would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Very large and clean. We liked the large kitchen and the en suite bathroom. Considering the high prices in Scotland, this was a very good choice price wise. Well located, downtown and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and attractions. One must forgive a little bit the environment since it is next door to a homeless shelter and can be a little bit noisy. We would highly recommend it

The facilities themselves were more than satisfactory and accommodated their needs with having a washer. No dryer available. The outside area was a bit dicey with a homeless shelter right next door and a Late night bar.

We enjoyed our stay. A good sized apartment. Some parts in need of repair if you look closely, but was very clean. The only real downside with the interior was the size of the bed. A small queen sized. General location of apartment was great for seeing city centre and nightlife. Only real concern was the door to the apartment being located next to a homeless kitchen. Both nights when we went out for drinks we walked past 20 or 30 queuing up on the pavement, one night there was an altercation between two of them which was quite worrying.

Our family of 5 loved this apartment! It had plenty of space for us, was clean, in a safe area, and was walkable to just about everything. The people who worked here were so friendly! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Glasgow!

If you are looking to party - stay here!
This place is centrally located. If you are looking to party, this is the place to stay. If you have kids, this is not the place to stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Accommodations were good. The problem wasn’t with the apartment but what was around it. The bars across the street and a few doors down were loudly operating with music and a loud MC until 4a on Sunday morning. The homeless services are also a few doors down so there were some very needy folks outside. We definitely felt safe but it is loud and not a peaceful location. But if you are coming to enjoy nightlife and have fun, this is a great place.

Plenty of space, good location bathroom as well as ensuite showers, sufficient towels , but no body lotion included in toiletries. Would have liked basics for cooking; oil salt pepper and more tea. Coffee and milk sufficient for 2 days. Extractor fan did not seem to be working.
