Modern, 3 bedroom home with a private entrance in a lovely location of Gloucester’s Quedgeley area; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Decorated in a contemporary style and beautifully clean with a homely atmosphere. Ideally located for visiting Gloucester Quays plus all the amenities that Gloucester has to offer. Cheltenham is in easy reach and offers further attractions.

Reserved parking available. All of the essentials that you would expect in a home: Beautiful, renovated, family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. A Travel Cot is available on request (we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot).

The Space:
Welcome to our lovely modern, 3 bedroom terrace house, in a quiet location in the Quedgeley, Gloucester area. Our home is decorated in a contemporary style and is beautifully clean and has a very homely atmosphere. It is ideally located for visiting Gloucester Quays plus all of the interesting amenities and attractions that Gloucester and the surrounding areas have to offer. Cheltenham is in easy reach and offers further attractions for many visitors including the world-famous Cheltenham Race Course.

Guests have their own private entrance to the property and have the entire place to themselves, including a small rear garden with some garden furniture. Reserved parking for 2 is available at the property plus plenty of street parking in the immediate vicinity. Our home has all of the essential things that you would expect in a home, plus a few treats to make your stay more enjoyable.

The home benefits from a beautiful, recently renovated, family bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Hotel style toiletries are supplied.

This is a perfect property for families, business people, students or contractors visiting the area. There is lots of space for children who will find some books and games to keep them entertained. The sofa bed is a futon bed in the living area. Bedding is provided and is stored in Master Bedroom Wardrobe. A Highchair and travel cot are available on request however, we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot.

A lovely relaxing lounge area includes a TV, dining table and chairs plus additional seating.

The fully equipped Kitchen includes the latest Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. We include a welcoming selection of pods.

As you would expect the kitchen also includes a Microwave, Kettle, Oven, Washing Machine, complete set of Kitchen Utensils, Cutlery, Crockery and Pans / Ovenware etc.
Condiments are also available. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided; plus the odd ‘treat’ dotted around the house.

As your host, for a small additional cost, we can provide or arrange any reasonable additional service that might make your stay more enjoyable. These services include a welcome shopping service, mid stay shopping deliveries, laundry, mid stay cleaning, additional coffee pods etc.
Perfect Location for Family Holidays, a base to celebrate (or commiserate) a flutter at the nearby Cheltenham Race Course or Contractors Visiting Local Businesses.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code with 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
There are lots of pubs and restaurants in the local area, with many take away places too! The famous Miller and Carter Steakhouse is very close.

There is a 24 hour Tesco Extra within a couple of minutes along with other shops, hairdressers, beauty salons and barbers.
Cheltenham Race Course is Approx 30 minutes drive away

Getting Around:
We are just a couple of minutes from the main M5 and A38 Gloucester junctions. Rail access is also within easy reach. Bristol, Birmingham and Cardiff Airports are all around an hour away.

There are 2 allocated parking spaces at the property, plus lots of street parking in the immediate area. Our home is near a number of main bus routes.

We are constantly available by messenger and telephone on demand to serve you during your stay. Equally we will not disturb you directly in any way unless required.

A lovely home in the perfect location
With plenty of space and a lovely garden, this property is located in a great suburban neighborhood with the major grocers nearby and easy access to the M5. Whether it’s biking in the Forest of Dean or hiking the Cotswold’s it’s the perfect home base.

Perfect for Gloucester and Cheltenham
Very respectable property 3 miles from Gloucester and not far from Cheltenham, 3 bedrooms comfortable beds and nice bathroom - cant complain about anything! we followed the instructions on parking before we reached the property - there are remainders everywhere - so clearly you need to ensure you park correctly - no issues at all - nice neighbour and walking distance to a large Tescos!
