I invite you to rent a summer resort  with an independent, detached, brick, fenced recreation house in Wincentowo on the Głuszyńskie Lake about 100 km from Lodz (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), 70 km from Toruń, 90 km from Bydgoszcz, 50 km from Włocławek, 180 km from Warsaw.

The plot is nicely developed to your sole disposal. The plot is quite large about 8,000 m, a lot of planting conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing, or playing football (half a plot in the shade, half in the sun). The area is level, safe, all fenced, microclimate, wild nature, peace, quiet. In the area: sandpit, hammock, the possibility of playing various motional games, fireplace, parking on the fenced car. In addition, there is a comfortable garden swing with pillows, 2 deckchairs, a large mobile grill.

To the lake in a straight line is about 100 meters, to a place where you can swim about 150-200 meters. The lake is a post-glacial type with super-clean water all year round, a silence zone and fish. At the lake there is a place to bathe with a shallow, sandy entrance to the water, the edge of a grassy lake. Surrounded by meadows, forests, mushrooms, plenty of space for hiking and cycling. To the nearest store, the bar is about 10 minutes away on foot. You can buy there besides all the food, ready meals, drinks and eat on the spot. Besides, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the doorstep shop arrives at the gate of the plot. In the further distance, ponds and smokehouse with cultured catfish like catfish, trout, eel i.t.p. For those who want to visit, I suggest visiting Kruszwica, Inowrocław, Licheń, Kłodawa (salt mine), Ciechocinek, Toruń or to the nearest climatic small towns (Piotrków Kujawski, Radziejów).

A brick-built house with a large covered terrace (80 m2). The house is inside immediately after refreshing, partly has the equipment listed (2017). On the terrace there are garden furniture with cushions, barbecue. The house is very comfortable one-storey, consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms, where each of them is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (Sembella company). The living room has a TV, a sofa bed, an armchair, dressers and a coffee table. Media, water is from the municipal water supply, electricity, cesspool. Suitable for max. 6 people.
