How small things can make a big difference
As always, the expectation was positive. Unfortunately, there was some irritation. How can shower gel be empty when service and cleanliness are in focus. and breakfast is the lowest standard for premium price. I am disappointed that I recommended my company.

Wonderful staff and an excellent location to the train station. Very clean hotel and nice rooms. Barfüßer Hausbrauerei is in the same building and a great restaurant for a meal and beer when you arrive in town.

Das Hotel an sich war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer würde täglich gereinigt... Und bei hoher Hitze hat die Klimaanlage sehr geholfen

Ich wurde vor am Anreisetag telefonisch kontaktiert, wo vorab gefragt wurde ob ich noch zu den Checkin Zeit ankomme, ggf würde man mir einen Spind für den Schlüssel Kasten geben. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und auch die Zimmer Mädchen haben ihren Job perfekt gemacht. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, wobei ich ein Minimalist bin. Zudem wurden Restaurants und Orte empfohlen. Danke ☺️

Hotel mit guter Gastronomie
Das Zimmer war ansprechend. Die Sicht war auf eine Wand in ca. einem Meter Entfernung. Dies ist bei Buchungen über ein Portal in der Zwischenzeit anscheinend normal, dass man die "schlechteren" Zimmer bekommt. Als Beispiel, neben dem Aufzug, im Erdgeschoss und/oder ohne Aussicht. Schade eigentlich.
