Nice location, good place to stay
Nice location right on the river, largest TV I have ever seen in a motel room. Only one chair in room. A good place overall. There is a restaurant across the street with decent hours.

Room did not appear very clean, smelled bad. Hotel is very run down, but the view was great. Breakfast was advertised but unavailable. Restaurant across from hotel was excellent, though!

The room was clean and has nice views. It was close to downtown. In the room you couldn’t hear the next room occupants. It had everything we needed except a hairdryer. The balcony was a good addition. Would stay here again.

It was a simple room but nice to have a balcony that looked over the Rogue River. Heavy on the fishing boats, etc. Was fun to watch what fish came in, etc. Restaurant across the street had good food. Hiking nearby and not a far walk to the beaches and town.

The setting was beautiful! We were able to get picked up by the Jet boat on the dock for our jet boat ride up the Rogue River!

We loved this property for the access for fishing. The Restaraunt and bar were great, friendly staff and great quality food! Hot tub was awesome too. Some parts of the exterior of the property was showing its age.

This is a terrible hotel. It was very loud, with filthy carpets. During the night, there was nobody at the front desk to report very loud neighbors. During quiet hours. Had no sleep after 12hrs of driving we were looking forward to a clean & quiet place next to the beach and got completely the opposite. It’s D- rated Motel, suitable for fisherman that wake up at 4 AM a.m. & make LOTS of noise!!

The rooms have been modernized, including a massive TV, which is nice. The bathroom is cramped. Sink outside the bathroom. Fan loud, no A/C. Partial privacy on deck. Outside of motel looks run down. Girls at reception are great.
