The hotel felt generally unkept, windows and the glass everywhere had a grotty feel to it, bathroom door fell off, light in the bathroom didn’t work, letters missing off signage and some not all staff showed body language like they’d prefer to be somewhere else. Should be a 3 star hotel.

Tiny rooms, hard beds & if you’re planning to park there be prepared to park at the casino but the communication given to you will be a riddle to decifer haha. Great location but definitely not the quality they try to market it as. As a crash pad overnight it works but to stay extended periods it would suck

We had a great stay - lots of amenities . Walk to lovely restaurants and the beach . And huge modern mall Pacific Fair on the doorstep. Only thing we complained about was that our room was not made up until late afternoon but that was addressed after . ( I think big shortage of hospitality and services staff in the area )
