Aircon not working wouldn’t stay in summer.
The place is fine. However the management is poor. Checked in and immediately notified of a very noisy air con. Advised would be checked and when done we had 2 days to go in our 6 day stay and at the end nothing was done about it which made the stay uncomfortable especially at night with the heat. Being located next to a pond couldn’t risk keeping windows open as insects would get in. The lady manager avoided any sort of compensation and the sad part is she knew of the problem as a previous review noted the same thing yet she never advised of the issue prior to arrival which would have made up change locations. Therefore not happy with the overall experience and would recommend a more honest approach to customers especially ones staying more than 1-2 days.

The apartment was notably quiet, clean, and comfortable. The complex featured amenities such as a spa, pool, gym, sauna, and dedicated underground parking spaces for the duration of our stay. We found the location to be extremely convenient, with easy access to all the theme parks, Surfers Paradise, and nearby shops. The only concern we encountered was the absence of a universal or additional key for the balcony doors, which caused some apprehension given that we were staying on the fourth floor with a child. Nonetheless, we were very satisfied with our overall experience and would be willing to return, fully prepared to address the one issue we encountered.

It was good. The place was modern, very clean, Good appliances. The place wasnt super fancy but for a rental it was very nice to stay at. Very happpy with our stay. Only quarral is the front gate at night the place to scan the NFC was very convoluted and should be clearer.

The property was in a good position - however the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We notified the manager and their response was “I thought that had been fixed” so they knew it wasn’t working - we were given a couple of fans but they didn’t really do anything as you can’t open the windows or doors as they don’t have any flyscreens. There was no mention of the air con not working at check in. More than happy to take the large amount of money but not deliver on the services. I left feedback on checkout form but heard nothing. Extremely disappointed with the stay very uncomfortable inside the unit. Could not recommend staying here.

Lovely, spacious apartment - great stay!
Really lovely and spacious apartment, a pleasure to stay there. The property manager was great, and met us at the entry to the property when we arrived, and had really great communication throughout. Fully self contained, wifi was great, everything was really good.

This place is just a 10 minute drive from theme parks, very close to great shopping and we had a lovely view. It was very well maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool area. We will definitely book here again.

The apartment was well priced. The location was ideal for our short 2 night stay. Although showing signs of wear and tear, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the Air Conditioning didn't work for our entire stay, so the rooms were hot. The technician was supposed to fix this issue the following morning but wasn't rectified prior to our departure.

Large unit with large balcony. Very modern & clean. A few minutes walk to Harbour Town. Fairly quiet given proximity to Oxley Dr. Traffic noise didn't impact our stay though. Lovely pool & BBQ area. Only thing to mention is the layout to main bedroom & ensuite - when you open the door to main bedroom it covers the entire access to the ensuite and needs to be closed to enter ensuite. The ensuite also has a door opening into the ensuite space. It is a small entry space and there is potential to hit someone exiting the bedroom by someone coming in. Ok for a few days though. Also no oven mitts, otherwise kitchen had everything we needed.

What a fabulous stay. My whole family loved it. Staff were amazing and the apartment was very ckean and felt homely. Shops were so close and free undercover parking. Great security at the complex.
