We love staying at the Hilton in GC. It’s always our stay of choice when visiting. So close to everything. So cosy. Rooms are always clean. Staff friendly (even when you leave behind your ID and cause issues with check in). Staff were great. Thank you for being accommodating. We really appreciated it after a drive up from Sydney with 2 small kids. Will see you again soon.

We stayed 4 days in there and my daughter did not stop vomiting because of the smell of the carpet. On multiple occasions I have complained to front desk and nothing was done. A week later of us leaving the premises, she is still unwell After our stay, I was told we are good to go and the security deposit will be released. Few hours later I received an email demanding I pay $116 for steam cleaning the carpet.

Incredible stay - thank you Hilton team . From the warm welcome by Asuka at reception to the spacious beautiful clean room I can’t fault the service or the facilities- luxurious . The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay , texting you to ensure everything is as you want - amazing service.
