Umm Hi
Don't normally write bad reviews, just never go back.
None of the issues listed below were raised with staff with exception of the faulty room lock. I have however sent a copy of this review to Accorn before publishing.
Now where to start?
- Fire alarm screaming "EMERGENCY EMERGENCY" at 2.00am in the morning. I joined a small group of neighbouring guests and evacuated using the fire stairs. Spoke to attending fire crew and was cleared to re-enter. Concierge and security on the other hand was in complete disarray. Fire drill and training maybe?
- Locked out of room a couple of days later. Locking mechanism needed fresh set of batteries.
- Water leaking from the sealing blocking one entry to the ground floor restaurant.
- Lifts out of order.
- Big stain on the carpet in the outside passage near my door.
- Sliding robe door faulty. Very difficult to open and close.
- Swimming pool open times restricted due to building fascia works.
