Had one of the newer rooms which was nice and always beautifully clean. All the staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. Couple of additions would have been great - particularly proper block out curtains. The sunrise coming in at 4:45am with small children was a bit tough and food delivery to the room as a solo parent would have been really helpful too.

Horrible. Steer away from this hotel if you love cleanliness. Corridors smell like wet month old socks. No concierge services. Room amenities are at least 30 year old simply refurbished. Plumbing issues. Soap comes out of gutters while taking shower. No exhaust in bathroom. Carpet with terrible stains. Worst resort I have seen ever.

Amazing can’t put into words how fantastic the resort is,customer service,very clean,all facilities and activities the kids loved it and restourant,food,drinks the fact me and hubby can sit down and relax while kids play is perfect. The kids loved this place. It was very clean, staff were super helpful, and had amenities that made it easier for parents such as a sink in the kitchenette and a decent sized bar fridge with a proper freezer. The only downside was the walls were really thin and we could hear everything next door.

Nice place to stay with kids. My son loved every bit of it. Dining options were good. Short walk to beach and tram - easy access. The room was nice but a bit worn- poor shower pressure from cold tap - old school mixer. Bit of a smell on the corridor due to wet carpet. A bit noisey in the morning if your room is close to entrance from delivery trucks. But we managed well. Overall the place is fantastic and if we ever in gold coast we will stay there again.

All staff were amazing besides a bad experience in the kid’s hair salon which put a dampener on the end of our stay. Would be great if this kid’s resort also had a pool dress code as many women’s bathing suits extremely inappropriate to wear around children. Facilities great, room tidy and besides the bad experience all staff were so welcoming and accomodating. The entertainment team did a great job of making sure you were having fun with lots of activities for kids and adults alike. Would recommend this resort to others.

The room was quite dated. Hairdryer worked but made a rattle noise and not very powerful. Chipping on the walls. The food is average. We got the wrong keys at check in. We needed a bath plug and had to call three times before someone came. Very noisy outside. Could hear footsteps from upstairs & loud car from outside. Kids activities and kids club and game room was awesome. Our son loved it.

Wow! Paradise Resort Gold Coast is a kid's paradise! From the moment we arrived, there was so much to do. The pools were awesome, with slides and splash areas that kept my kids entertained for hours. The kids' club was fantastic, with friendly staff and fun activities like arts and crafts, and games. The food was great too, with lots of kid-friendly options. We can't wait to go back! staffs were outstanding, give them a raise.

The entertainment for the children was exceptional. My youngest daughter has ADHD and she was involved in every single activity there was to do. As soon as she heard the mic she was out of that pool so fast waiting for the next game to start. Your staff are amazing. The pools and waterparks were so well managed to ensure safety. The cafe and drink service was amazing. Food amazing. Room amazing. We came here for cheer comps and only had my 2 daughters with me. We will be back with all the family next time.

If you have young kids 3-13years old, this place is for you. Heaps of activities to do, the waterpark is fantastic as is the playground. Be prepared to spend extra to enjoy all that the resort has to offer as iceskating, rock climbing, the arcade and kids club (plus a few other activities) are not included. That said, kids club was brilliant as was ice skating. The food was great, no complaints other than the buffet breakfast not including eggs, bacon, etc. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a good tv, frigde, etc. The shower/bath curtain was delapidated and beeded replacing, otherwise the facilities in the room were excellent. Bedding configuration was a little odd, 2 queen beds. There are other rooms with different configurations, but thats all that was available when i booked.

Lovely stay upgraded to the family suite which i managed to get for one night with another booking service. It was spacious and loved that kids had their own room. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Only disappointment was the spa was not working, and i was not informed of that prior to booking, and this was one of the things i most wanted on our trip, as we use the spa every day on holiday. The resort is very noisy. Even though i have kids they are not noisy. But it seemed like all kids scream and make noise at this resort without much parental control. We experienced noise outside our room very late at night, and very early in the morning. So very little noise control for a peaceful holiday. Was more like being on a school camp for the weekend. Not great for the parents but the kids really loved the place.
