We enjoyed dinner at resort x 1 night. We ate at the pool area with drinks for 1 x afternoon and walked across to Sea World. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

The service was friendly however for the cost the rooms were dated. Being a family friendly resort I would have assumed indoor activities available for rainy days as the rooms are not big enough to be stuck inside. More healthy food choices e.g fruits etc

The booking did not exist! However you took my money from my account! This was a surprise for my sons birthday! To only have to stand at the counter with crying children arfter being told that the room i paid for with access to themes parks did bot exist!! Refund my money immediately! Further action will be taken!

Great for families, make sure you choose a refurbished room though. Noise insulation is still non existent, you can hear people word for work in the adjoining rooms, but the aesthetic and view from one of the newly refurbed rooms was great.

Incredible hotel and experience with my family of 4. Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. LOVE the easy access to Seaworld. The pool and splash pad were perfection in the hot weather. One small critique.. not much choice for kids meals. But just because I have picky eaters. Absolutely loved our trip, we will be back!

Great for kids and a ‘must do’ once in their lifetime. Buffet breakfast was crazy and full on, but that’s from an adults perspective! Superb pool area and fun outdoor facilities and the adjoining bar was a great relief at the end of the day. Very convenient being able to go into SeaWorld from the accommodation.

Great for kids, but overall the service was very slow and staff didnt always appear as willing to help (there were 2 that were good out of about 50) inflated prices and the room was actually filthy....legit coffee spills in the bathroom. We found none of the activities that were advertisd even occured at the resort or at the park (kids paw patrol and meet and greet characters) half the rides not running, we waited all day for 3 rides for the jnr rides. Waited over an hour to be let in for breakfast (after witnessing mutiple people stealing the buffet food). I left thinking the fond memories I had at seaworld as a kid are a distant memory-my childs experience whose birthday we were actually celebrating there...was less than average....never again. Only positives- the pool at the resort runs until 7pm for kids Nice view from certain rooms.
