Walked into our room to see the bathroom door handle on the floor. Bent down to pick it up and seen other peoples clothing on the floor. Went to pull back pillows and blankets to sleep and a huge roach jumped out of the bed. Front desk lady couldnt move us since the place was fully booked. Emailed stephanie the GM yes no response

The property was well kept, but it took up to five minutes of the shower running to get warm water. It never got hot. I asked the front desk if they were having problems with the hot water and was told she just got there and didn't know. I tried to use the indoor pool, but it was too cold.The shopping in the area was great.
