The room was clean but their was a problem with the air conditioner which dripped water on the carpet, thus making the carpet very wet; there was no refrigerator in the room which was apart of my amenities; and we had to kill a water bug. I was told that the hotel is undergoing renovations.

Open the door of the room, 3 cockroachs runming on the floor, saw another in the man washroom downstair and more rumming outside the building near gabage area. :(

Bad experience overall
The sleep was great. The beds and room fairly comfortable. The handle was broken on the door to bathroom and water pressure wasn't good for shower but other than that and a the weird smell in our room, the sleep wasn't bad. However, the breakfast was really disappointing. The juice tasted like vomit and the overall quality was much worse than what is typical of this type/chain. The waffle dispenser was broken, the pool was broken, it was understaffed. The lady who served breakfast was lovely and very helpful as was the late night check in front desk person. But after the vomit juice machine, we were pretty grossed out.
