Stayed here for a long weekend, and there were issues from the beginning. Firstly, the key code and apartment number didn't arrive as promised; guests download an app beforehand and then use their phone as a room key, but this information wasn't sent until after I sent a chaser email on the day of arrival. Also, at the complex itself the signage felt overly complicated, and it took some effort to locate my apartment. The apartment was as described, but the combi oven didn't work. I reported this through the app and it was fixed the next day. More seriously, the lock on the bathroom door was faulty, and I was locked inside on the first day. Fortunately I had my phone with me and was able to call maintenance, and someone arrived fairly promptly to release me. But if I had been a more elderly or vulnerable guest and hadn't had my phone... But my main concern was security. On the second night I was woken at 11pm by another guest entering my apartment, (having mistaken it for their own). As the only way to open the door is by using the app on a phone, this apparently means you could use it to open multiple apartment doors? That would make me feel very insecure about leaving any valuable belongings in my apartment. The apartment itself was clean, modern and comfortable, and the location was good with a nearby bus taking you to the city in minutes. But overall it feels like the whole complex is fairly new and there are still quite a few teething troubles to be worked through

Overall a nice stay. We stayed in a townhouse. Please bear in mind that the stairs are very steep. Pots could have done with a better clean but the shower was powerful and the bed was comfy.

Ved ankomst, var vores lejlighed ikke rengjort. Vi ringede til deres service og de fandt hurtigt en passende og god løsning til os. Phillips tv’ kunne ikke mirrorscreene med vores iPhones. Så vi kunne ikke bruge det til noget. Hotellet ligger i ny byg, men nemt at komme med gratis båd til den anden side af Göteborg. Vi kunne godt finde på at bo der igen en anden gang.

Difficult to find your room, difficult to get the right help from staff, broken lights left in the room, room not like in the pictures, not a proper double bed but two narrow singles sliding apart and you can't let in daylight without everyone staring straight I to your room so you live in a dark box

Saknas info och obekväm bäddsoffa
Rent, fräscht och prisvärt. Ligger lite avsides men lätt att ta dig med buss eller spårvagn. Rymligt kök, vardagsrum och badrum. Dock är informationen vid bokning knapphändig och delvis felaktig. Det står fel app för att kunna öppna dörren och information om utcheckning (att man ska diska och ta ut sopor) fick vi kl 15 när utcheckning är kl 11. Lite för sent. Framgår inte att det är två öppna loft och inga riktiga sovrum. Eller att det inte är ståhöjd i sovrummet. Vi slog alla i huvudet. Trappan till loftet är mycket brant och det var svårt att ta sig upp för den för en av oss som hade bruten fot. Står att det finns husgeråd i köket men osthyvel, decilitermått, kaffemått och smörkniv saknas. Kaffebryggare fanns så hur ska man mäta kaffet är det tänkt? Soffan är så obekväm att både sitta och sova i så vi fick sova tre i dubbelsängen då den som skulle sova i bäddsoffan fick så ont i kroppen av extrabädden. Snålt med tvål och schampo i badrummet då vi bokat för fem i tre dagar och bara fick två miniflaskor. Personalen var trevlig vid kontakt och fixade osthyvel och lagade trasigt lås på toaletten samt list i badrummet kvickt.
