Cleaning staff need to be commended. Needs a PROFESSIONAL refurbishment - bathroom fixtures loose and dangerous. (Toilet seat wrong size & held by one screw, shower soap dish falling out of wall, vanity basin flick mixer loose and NO HOT WATER for 4 hours.)

There is no way that this motel is 4 star, the room was tiny, the heater was inefficient and so noisy that you could not leave it on while we slept. The dishes were not clean and a wine glass still had traces of lipstick on it.

Sadly this motel is badly in need of maintenance and upgrade. electric switches loose on walls, almost all taps loose on mountings and toilet seat extremely loose on toilet. When the latter was brought to the immediate attention of the person who signed us in, he apologised and said he would attend to it next day, but we doubt that this would have happened. The carpet was absolutely disgraceful, showing a long history of spills and soilage. It urgently needs replacement.

Yeah... nah! No, first room didn't have hot water at all, manager tried to fix, but couldn't. Also carpet extremely worn. He gave us another larger room, a suite. Very good with hot water... Well done. But toilet seat didn't fit and wouldn't stay up. And the thinnest bottom sheet I've ever seen, and stained. Not good! But comfortable and quiet, good sleep.

Willows motel was perfect for our stay. Bed was very comfortable & availability of an electric blanket was excellent. Dan had put the heater on prior to our arrival which was much appreciated. The room was clean and very functional with everything available you would need for a quick overnight stay.

Really quiet and comfortable.
The quietest and most comfortable motel on a main road that I’ve stayed in. The motel is off a service road annd rooms are set well back from the road and perfectly soundproof. Very comfortable nights stay. So you get a very convenient location with comfortable stay. Family room with double in main area and singles in a side room worked perfectly. Very friendly staff and well priced.
