This house lies in a very quiet area, just 350 meters from the lake of Bolsena. It features a garden of about 2500m2 (completely fenced) and a 5,5x11,5 meter swimming pool, all for private use of the tenant. The property has been furnished with taste in 2020. It is suitable for up to 4 people (+ child bed and baby cot on request). It has 2 bedrooms (both with double bed, it’s possible to add in one bedroom a baby cot and in the other a child bed of 160x70 cm). The entire house has air conditioning. There are 2 covered terraces. The one with view on the pool area is equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and pizza oven. The other terrace is equipped with outdoor sofa. The lake is at walking distance. Within 1.5 km of the house are 3 different restaurants. Supermarket and other shops are located in the village of Gradoli around 4 Kms away. It is a good starting point to visit northern Lazio, Umbria and southern Tuscany or for a day to the sea (45 minutes to the sandy beaches of Montalto di Castro, 1h15 for the sandy beaches around the famous Monte Argentario).

Paradijselijk verblijf

Wauw, wat hebben wij genoten op deze fantastische plek; prachtige tuin, zalig zwembad en een mooi, licht huis. Heerlijk tot rust gekomen en onwijs genoten. Massimo en Eleonara zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Von der Terrasse sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach und schnell erreichbar. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich stets um das Grundstück und den Pool und meldet sein Kommen immer vorher an.
