Bring your boat(s) and either trailer them in the huge driveway, or dock them in the free overnight slips at the quiet, private neighborhood boat ramp/marina down the street. Or rent a boat from one of the many marinas recommended in the guidebook I will send you after you book!

The house is located in a new neighborhood which has a private marina with a boat ramp and 10 free day/night slips. Because we are one of the first few houses built in the development, the day slips and boat ramp are very quiet and empty with hardly any traffic at all.

The Cabin is only a short boat ride or less than a mile drive to Hell's Gate, where the world-famous Red Bull cliff diving competition takes place each year, and boaters moor up to enjoy a day hanging out on the water. Enjoy biking, walking and jogging around the entire vicinity. Possum Kingdom General Store is just down the road near the neighborhood entrance if you need anything.

The house is open concept with 2 separate living rooms, dining, and kitchen areas. Not to mention the large covered deck under beautiful timber frame trusses, and the patio with a pool, turf, and built in 5 burner grill. The living room has a built in fireplace/heater.

On a hot summer day, take a dip in the pool or rent a boat from one of several options on the lake, or bring your own! Go tie up with other boats in Hell’s Gate, or anchor out in one of the many secluded coves. Also enjoy lounging under the shade on the back porch, or basking in the sun by the pool.

Soak in this private escape to relax and get away. Enjoy the nature and abundant wildlife around including whitetail and axis deer, Aoudad sheep, and many others. Have a cup of coffee and watch the amazing sunrise over the lakeside cliffs from the expansive, comfy elevated deck.
