Traveling for Family Wedding

Beautiful property and excellent communication from the host. The old issue we had was the door to the backyard was problematic to lock and close. If they get this fixed it’s be an easy 5/5!

Nice old home close to downtown Graham

We all enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and there was dining space for all in our family. Overall, the house is clean. Bathrooms are smaller in size but adequate. It is an older home and has some squeaks and character. The only complaint is the bedrooms don’t have TVs in them. Other than that, the location is great, and the neighbors were friendly.

House unsecured but decent

We were in town for an event. Our lower rating is due to the lack of attention to basic safety and security. When we arrived, we found the back door completely unlocked as well as at least three windows. An upstairs window was also unlocked and led to the roof.The house is old but was very clean. The bathrooms were clearly updated. When we checked out, a woman stood outside the house looking at us. She was holding six different bags and seemed to be interested in our activities.At first we thought that she may be homeless but because we found the house unlocked, we couldn’t help wonder if she was the owner.The house is near a train station so you may hear trains but it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful property

I enjoyed this home overall. When I first arrived I wasn’t able to get in the home due to the lock box being jammed so I wasn’t able to check in until after 4. Overall the house had everything we needed, I was close by to my husband and children. I will be booking this house again.

Love an old house and we had a lovely stay! We did have some suggestions: Bigger / better quality bath towels. More than one bath towel per guest More than one kitchen towel Directions on how to open the daybed Sheets for day bed. Clean spider webs found inside the house Spray for mosquitos outside especially in the backyard More paper towels for the kitchen A couple more kitchen garbage bags We didn’t plan to use the hot tub but there should be some instructions on how to use it (unless I missed those) Thank you!

Great Getaway Place

We loved the place, only thing is upstairs shower was not the greatest, ended up using the downstairs shower. Not the best if you are tall. But otherwise loved the place, great location. Especially loved the front porch and rocking chairs.

Lovely home

We stayed in this lovely home (along with our small dog) when taking my daughter to tour colleges. Conveniently located and lovingly restored. Very comfortable! My dog enjoyed sniffing in the large yard and we humans loved the hot tub!

We all enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and there was dining space for all in our family. The outdoor space (including fenced-in yard) was very nice. The location was great - it was an easy walk to downtown Graham. The home was nicely decorated - it felt like home!

Great Property & Location

Me and 2 co-workers came into town for a work trip and this house and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, down to some nice early morning grab n' go snacks. All of the beds we very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We really enjoyed the selection of games to help us wind down after working all day. The only thing that was a little annoying was the smell of animals when entering the house and when the heater kicked on. I know that the owners allow pets but it was quite noticeable. Over all, a great experience and we would stay here again if ever in the area!

Boho chic decor in a lovely historic home

Our party of five was in town for three nights to attend an Elon University event. The house is accurately described; in fact, the photos don't do it justice. It is a clean, tastefully decorated, charming property and made our weekend very enjoyable. The hosts have thought of everything and every bed is uber comfy. The house is in a typical "in-town" area where some streets have grand historic homes and others have substandard housing. But we NEVER felt unsafe and we would definitely stay in this lovely home again!

Our Stay Was Perfect.

I traveled to Graham for a Floral Design Seminar and our stay was perfect. I really relaxed after my daily courses. The hot tub was a bonus. I’m looking forward to returning for the fall program and staying at this property.
