Art Chapiz is a sunny, beautiful and cozy two bedroom apartment located in the emblematic Albayzin, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife Palace, both at a 10 minute walking distance. Right at the center of the Albayzin, near San Nicolas lookout, the most iconic viewpoint in Granada, and bordering the Sacromonte district, best place for Flamenco Shows. Real luxury right in the middle of everything. Parking available!

Just remodeled, it was designed in the highest standard of taste and quality to keep its rustic Albayzin style while giving it to modern update using original paintings, exotic sculptures, and contemporary furniture.

Located in a traditional "Corrala" building with a picturesque central patio, the 70 m2 (750ft2) apartment features all exterior rooms with a light color palate and natural stone and wood flooring which create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The south-facing living room features two large windows and a balcony that opens onto the main street with panoramic views of the Alhambra and the surrounding gardens, the Generalife. There is a white leather, corner sofa bed, a coffee table, 42 inch flat-screen LCD television and a modern dining set suitable for up to 6 guests.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, tableware, and high-quality built-in appliances including; washing / dryer machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

The main bedroom features a balcony that opens to the main street, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.

The second bedroom, facing south as well, also features a balcony that overlooks the main street with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.

Guests have their choice of synthetic-fill or ergonomic memory-foam pillows.

The bathroom faces the inside patio and is finished with natural stone, featuring a thermostatic rain shower column, chromo therapy lighting, high quality towels and a hair dryer.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating units as well as Wi-Fi internet access.


Parking space in a private garage is available for € 15.00 / day per vehicle.

Garage parking for TWO VEHICLES is also available (see conditions). Keep in mind that the Albayzin is a World Heritage area and therefore car access is strictly regulated. To grant permission for your vehicle (s) access, we will need to provide the following information to the mayor's office:
- NUMBER PLATE OF THE VEHICLE (S) ENTERING THE ALBAYZIN,
- FULL NAME OF THE DRIVER (S)
- DRIVER'S IDENTIFICATION NUMBER / PASSPORT NUMBER
THESE INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED, IF KNOWN, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE RESERVATION. IF THE PLATE NUMBER IS NOT YET KNOWN BY THAT TIME, AS WITH RENTAL CARS, IT CAN BE PROVIDED LATER ON AS SOON AS THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.



Granada, especially the Albayzin, is a city that is very easy to discover on foot. The apartment is strategically located:

-200 meters from the Paseo de los Tristes, a beautiful street for restaurants and tapas that sits below the Alhambra fortress and on the edge of the Darro River.

-300 meters from the Viewpoint of San Nicolas, which has the best panoramic views of the Alhambra and Granada - a must-see stop for everyone visiting Granada, especially at sunset.

-100 meters from Sacromonte (Holy Mountain), home to Granada's cave houses and many flamenco shows.

-And 600 meters to Plaza Nueva, the city center, with its numerous restaurants, bars and terraces.

The place was so close to the Alhambra and a great location to the city. Directions to access place was very well described. The place was modern and very nicely decorated. The property mgr was so helpful when we got there and available to answer questions during our stay.

We only stayed one night so we didn’t spend too much time at the property. They have someone come to personally check in, so I wouldn’t choose this place if you’re getting in late at night. Apartment was clean and nice walk into town or the Alhambra (we sent three of our party by taxi and two walked and we arrived at the same time).

Large stunning apartment
We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is quite large for European standards so we had plenty of room. Everything is beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you could need. Susanna met us at the apartment to complete our check in. She was so wonderful, allowing us to drop off our bags early and even arranging for a taxi to pick us up on our last day. The location is between the Albaicin and Sacromonte areas, slightly out of the main downtown of Granada which is what we wanted. Easy walk for Alhambra access and the major sites of Granada. We had a wonderful time and would book this apartment again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough about my stay in this beautiful property. It is a spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and modern appartment in a great location. Both Roberto and Susana were wonderful to deal with and responded swiftly to every query. Beautiful, comfortable apartment
This is a hidden gem in the beautiful Albacin district of Granada. The apartment has been carefully designed with a great bathroom, kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. Both my husband and my parents remarked that it was the most comfortable bed they had during our two weeks in Spain. Roberto and Susana are so easy to work with and they were accommodating of our giant touring van, finding large enough parking for us. I highly recommend!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It was nice to have access to Netflix after a busy day exploring. Susana was lovely, accommodating our delayed arrival due to a train strike and arranging a taxi for us when we had to leave early. Be aware that this unit is located in old town, which is quite hilly. It was not an issue for us but might be for those who have mobility issues. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend this well appointed apartment.

This apartment is within walking distance of the Alhambra and several great restaurants, shops and grocery store. With the windows open, you can hear the bustle of the street below but once they are closed the apartment is quiet. The check in process was easy and Susana was there with the keys when we arrived. She was also available to answer any questions we had and provided contacts for taxi service. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property all around!
We very much enjoyed the apartment. First off, communication with Roberto and Susana was perfect and they were wonderful and accommodating. The apartment is well located, very clean, very comfortable, safe and quiet (some street noise only in day). It is better than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again when in Granada!

Exceptionally clean apartment
The communication was great, the cleanliness was great, and the decor was fabulous! Our only dismay was that the location was not as ideal as we had hoped and the Wi-Fi was too weak to use. We had a great experience here. This was our third favorite spot out of six, on our month long tour of Spain. The owners we great to work with, would highly recommend them.
