This is an old hotel that needs a bit of loving care. Beds are hard, pillows too thick and the spa section needs maintenance. One stair in the spa section was loose on the first day and broken on the second day. It was not cleaned on a daily basis (had bugs in the tubs) and floor was not leveled so people could easily trip. Location is beautiful near the lake and bike path which added a nice feature.

Worth the price!
Very clean, amazing hotel! Awesome furniture with elaborate carvings in a rich, red-brown hardwood. Even the bathroom mirror and vanity matched. No cheap paper cups in the bathroom, but real glass. Even the toiletries were in cute little bottles. The only minor detail that could have improved it is the flooring was vinyl, not carpet or hardwood as one would expect in such a high quality place.

Hotel was good and spa mmenities too. But kids in the spa with toys ? Smooking people in the spa area in the water with pants ?!? Even smoking weed close to the spa area in the parking as the spa area is in the parking. Spa are well maintained but the surrounding amenagement is poor

The tv was to big for there cabinet and even that cabinet is to big for the size of room. It only gave us a few inch between the bed and the cabinet doors, it wasnt great with a family of 4 to have this bottleneck in the room.

Hotel n'est plus ce qu'il était il y a 10 ans, notre séjour était de 4 jours, pas de service, machine à café défectueuse et pas arrangé ou remplacé, pas de nettoyage de chambre, pas de remplacement d'articles dans les toilettes, porte brisée et non arrangée, les spas étaient hors service, hotel non recommandé. prix des chambres beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité de l'hotel.
