Clean room and comfortable bed. Wish they had free breakfast like some other Aiden’s. Conveniently located as you enter Flagstaff after driving from Phoenix. We chose this location while visiting NAU campus.

Stayed for Family Weekend at NAU. Its steps away from the campus don't is very confusing. Had a great outdoor area to hangout and play games. Clean. Bed was so comfortable! Will be staying again! Great Hotel!

Great access to what we needed during our stay. Very helpful staff, comfortable, clean room. Only issue was our Keurig worked once then quit working. Coffee downstairs was a purchase, not something we have seen in other hotels.

The hotel over all was bright and clean and appeared to have been updated. The room was similarly clean, and also spacious and very comfortable. The highlight of the stay was a conversation with the manager on Sunday morning. We were both walking toward the lobby, and I asked her how her day was going. I didn't realize that she was the manager yet. She told me it was going great, and, I'm not sure if I asked what was making it great or if she liked her job, but she said that she loved her job because she had such great employees. I so appreciated her positivity, her affirmation of her employees, her openness, and her sincerity. The smile on her face was conveying the same message as her words. Having managed lots of people, I'm aware of how the culture of the workplace, which usually trickles down, impacts the quality of the work that gets done. I don't know her name, but to whomever she reports...she's a keeper!
