The location was super close to everything I needed access to. There was an odor coming from the plumbing in room 417 that should be looked into as it was a little overwhelming at times when in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It's located in a pretty industrial area between a freeway and train tracks. In addition to that, it seems they did not insulate the rooms at all. We were unable to sleep since it was so loud in our room from neighboring slamming doors, exterior slamming doors, the sound of the ice machine, and even hearing your neighbors in adjoining rooms.

This was an all-around nice hotel. It met our expectations. We chose it for 6 in a room and amenities for our family. It had a full HOT breakfast with eggs and sausage and potatoes on top of waffles, bagels, muffins, fruits, toast, pb and jellies, cereal, yogurt and cream cheese. I'm sure there was more. It was what we needed for lots of travel. Small gym, pool and hot tub. Very good service and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay. They do allow pets if you need to know that.

The plus side... Easy access to the Interstate as traffic can build up on the main streets. Easy parking and unloading, hot tub jets work well. My favorite part having 3 kids and they forget things.... Walmart across the street and short walking distance. Negative side. Breakfast is crowded early and not appetizing except the waffle maker and packaged food.

the worst La Quinta in Az?
Constant construction and noise people/workers could see in our room and they were using very loud nail guns also the staff seemed very rude for some reason and the hotel in general seems to be over run since you use it to accommodate construction companies it seems. Homeless camp clearly visible near the parking lot no parking in the parking lot due to construction equipment being parked and in general I think I would have had the same stay or better at the Motel 6 the breakfast was basically poison.....

We spent 2 nights spaced apart by a few days. Both rooms were not vacuumed - we could see dirt, strings, etc., on the carpets. One of the bathrooms had urine stains in front of the toilet. It was really gross & unsanitary...

Better than average but not exceptional.
All in all a great stay. We didn’t stay in much for only one night. First room assigned was not made up? We went back to check in and they handled it exceptionally providing an apology and slight upgrade. Things happen all was well and the free breakfast wasn’t bad either. Will stay again…

Room chair was so gross with multiple colored stains I had it removed, Couple clean towels were stained. Why don't they check or inspect rooma? I got superior room with sofa bed which was spacious with large fridge, micro. But no linens pillows for sofa bed, which is standard for most hotels. Nice indoor pool n spa and Gym. Breakfast was OK with waffles, but uninspired with biscuits n gravy, no sausage or bacon and little prepackaged bagels, muffins. Ugh.

Everything is perfect except for the lady who is working in the breakfast area. She was very rude. She was throwing stuff He mumbles. She gets very, very upset when guests spilled something or don't put things the way she organized them. She was very aggressive. She was snatching things that dont belong to where she put it and aggressively throw these things so hard either to the trash or back to where people get it from. She was looking at guests with anger like she dont want anything touched. She is full of anger and hostility. Well, she is older. Maybe she is just cranky. Aside from her, everything was good! Lol..
