Excellent cozy Lodge with great comfort!
The property was amazing and so new and fresh and my family had a comfortable stay. The only issue was with the AC which didn't make the room enough cold as we were sweating in the night as it would automatically turn off and did not blow cold air inspite of changing the settings. Restaurant food quality can also improve.

This lodge is OK
The room itself was fine. Some of travelers had mobility issues and the staff did a great job keeping us away from the stairs. My complaint with this lodge is the poor quality of the food served in the food court. Nearby guests described their breakfast at the "worst they had ever had". Guests on our trip judged it the same. In addition, we had to have our key card re-programmed every time we wanted to enter our room. This must be a problem the property is aware of judging by the line of guests with the exact same problem, having to get their cards re-programmed. This is a pain on cold windy nights after spending a day exploring the Grand Canyon. We were exhausted and weren't happy about having to venture back to the front desk to get the keys re-programmed.

What I like in this property was being closed to the Grand Canyon and they have coffee maker in the room. However, our room had a musky smell. The food court has a limited dining options.

Winter visit to Grand Canyon
Nice place. Did not have all the supplies in the kitchenette but had most of them. No house keeping, but so clean when we got there that was not even missed. We went on the winter and it was so great to visit the Grand Canyon without the crowds! Recommend
