Cable was not working in our room when we checked in on Wednesday November 27th. When we called the front desk, they stated it was due to the weather. It was cloudy outside. A little bit later, we went to the bar where their cable was working. Went back to the front desk and they said that cable was seperate from the hotels. Tried speaKing with a manager but front desk said he was not on site. Finally later the mager was on site and said there was nothing he could do. Did not offer to move us, did not offer anything except a refund and to go somewhere else. Five days later that refund has still not come thu.

We were woken up at midnight with dogs running around. Why would the staff put two dogs and two children on any floor above the first. Night staff did there best but to no luck.

First of all, this was the worst hotel that I’ve ever booked through Expedia. The room that I was given was dirty, smelly and extremely outdated. The sofa chair had a piece of upholstery missing from one of the arms. When I went to complain at the front desk, that staff was rude and gave the impression that I was bothering them. I was told that they didn’t have another room, but the hotel had very little clients and a great deal of available rooms. The rooms and entire hotel were very outdated. The walls all looked horrible with bad drywall repair jobs. Stay away from this hotel and book elsewhere. This horrible hotel practically ruined my vacation to the Grand Canyon. Take my advice and book elsewhere and don’t let this horrible hotel ruin your vacation.

If traveling with children stay away from this place. The hallways have strong smells of marijuana and the smell starts going into the rooms. It was addressed to management and nothing was done. Not even an apology.

The property was very comfortable. I felt safe there. I will be honest. It's an older Ramada. The furniture has seen better days. The carpet has seen better days. There's chips on the wall, cracks on the side of the door but the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are like all those hotel pillows they suck Take your own pillows. And the staff at the hotel was awesome. The restaurant next door to it wonderful. Asked for jim, he's really nice.I would stay there again if you
