For the most part, everything was great. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help us when my daughter got sick. They came and cleaned up and even gave us a care bag. I truly appreciated that. Only negative experience was at the restaurant’s steakhouse. I was given the wrong order and when asked to replace, it wasn’t taken positively and the waiter was more irritated than accommodating.

Very clean hotel. Dinner & Breakfast at the Steakhouse onsite were both good. VERY convenient to the South Rim gate for the Grand Canyon. Will definitely stay again.

I loved the decor and the hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were friendly. The elevator had interesting lighting options as I don't think the overhead lighting was working but they used that looked like Christmas lights and it was dark in there which could give some more anxiety if they have claustrophobia. The dining options were few and the breakfast buffet needed refilling. The fitness center was small but clean however many of the machines did not work. The business center was nice, I needed to print something and their printer was not working but the front desk offered to print what was needed. Overall we would go back, it was well priced and the experience was positive.
