Don’t judge a book by its cover!!!! The outside of the building boasts a convenience store and take-out restaurant. The rooms are very modern and new. The bed was comfortable The streetlight was irritating so blinds may be helpful but otherwise, exceptional!!

This place is to go to if you are staying overnight. The rooms were amazing. The room was ultra modern and even better than some of the fancy hotels. We were late getting in about 12:30am because of a highway closure due to an accident but the owner stayed in touch with us and waited until we arrived. Service like no other.

Riverside suites was great! We had a wondeful stay. Our room wasnt quite ready at 3pm so we just did some shopping nearby. We stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful and modern. All the staff were super nice too! We loved that there was laundry in the suite as well, super helpful when travelling. Highly recommend staying here.

We did not stay here... outside appearance was nothing like photos in Expedia... basically entrance was a small corner store with some dubious characters hanging around. We didn't feel safe parking our car there. We can't comment on the "suites" because we didn't get that far. We don't feel Expedia has vetted their properties well at all after this trip.

This place is amazing! Spacious 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, big family room, fire place, sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen, new fridge, stove, washer and dryer., upgraded washroom and shower. Hots are very nice and helpful. We love this place!

Although building looks old from outside but once we entered the apartment it was mind blowing for the price. Everything was new and top notch. They even have brand new laundry appliances too which was very helpful on the 7th day of our road trip I will certainly recommend this place to anyone staying at Grand Falls Windsor

Exterior of property deceiving but clean. Once you are parked in the back and up the newly built stairs, you enter into a beautiful and recently renovated floor. Our room was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed at. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. King bed very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The Owner is very pleasant.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this property. The apartment we had was excellent. Fully equipped for a longer stay if required. And great ice cream in the store below. Highly recommended.
