The young lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly. The hotel was convenient off the freeway. The room was quite cold when I entered and took awhile to warm up to the 65 degrees I set the thermostat to. I wanted to take a bath but there was no plug for the tub.

We got checked in pretty late due to some bad weather/roads. I was tired and didn’t realize the date I had selected, when booking online, was for the “next day” because we checked in just after midnight. The gentleman working was very helpful in manually switching my stay dates, as Expedia was unable to assist me with editing the dates via online chat.

Retro hotel with old school patio

Pros- right off I-70 Clean didn't find a single hair on the bed or bathroom area Retro vibe, hotel beds extremely comfortable, heat worked well, hot water, coffee Tea maker in the room, surprising quiet to be near the highway. Cons- Retro patio door leading to your cars. Each bottom room has a sliding patio door. You're allowed to leave out of it. As your car is parked right out front. Depends on how you look at it. It can be a safety issue. It is locked however I think it's good to know in advance. I was safe. Didn't have any issues and there aren't a lot of panhandlers and transients hanging out.

Shiny marble floor that is mopped and wet when people are using it to go to breakfast or leaving. My husband is a disabled vet . We paid for a limited mobility room close to handicapped parking. He fell trying to get in the door to the Ramada from parking due to a rug that slipped on the wet floor. The staff person acted helpless. I asked her to file an accident report and never heard anything else. The room was at least 200 ft from the door. Two men guests helped pick my husband up and helped us get to the room.
