Hotel is located next to woodland mall. A very high traffic area. The room was clean, the bed was terrible I could not get comfortable in it. The shower never got hot or even warm. The parking lot had a lot of drug deal type transactions. I go down to smoke outside random person would run up to a blacked out Cadillac SUV. Then run away. I stay during a snow and icy mix. Parking lot and side walk unsalted. It was a walk at your own risk without a choice situation. Breakfast was TERRIBLE!!! You pay Xtra for a limited Starbucks menu. Never again I left early since I work midnight's and viewed it as a safety issue.

Was not as represented on Expedia. Property has been neglected. Carpets are ripped and unraveling. Hallways are a mess. No towels or basic hygiene (hand soap) in bathroom. Kids screaming in the pool area all night long. Starbucks ran out of coffee (HOW???) Furniture in room was stained and chair was gross. Stay somewhere else. Does not deserve an 8 star rating.

This place was alright. More of a party spot than a relaxing place. Had multiple large parties that didn't follow any rules and took over the pool and hot tub. Parties were playing loud music until 10pm and kids screaming and yelling. Hotel management didn't seem to care. So if you want to throw a rager than this is the spot. If you are looking for something a little more quiet and relaxing definitely do not go here!!!!!

We didn’t have enough towels in our room and there were no towels in the pool area at all. The elevators were freezing cold and one not operating. Not very clean and a little run down. The staff was working very hard and they were very friendly. I could tell it was a stressful situation for them. They were definitely overbooked.

I was given a room on the second floor on the pool side. It was loud. Screaming, laughing etc. Very noisey. Also the toilets are so loud that I could hear multiple rooms when the flushed, not just next door. Seems like the sound insulation needs help.

Outstanding staff. Immaculate room and grounds. Airport and area free shuttle. Value price compared to similar properties but no complimentary breakfast offerings but they have a restaraunt that I found not open or promoted

Hotel from a view is overall nice. A couple little things threw me off , the tvs dont work. We had two tvs in our room and only one remote. Tv in bedroom was left on all night and buttins dont work on side of tv. We waited over an hour to check in due to the room not being cleaned yet. And they didnt allow us to push our check out time back an hour as well be cause we didnt use their site to check in. And the waterslide was permanently shut down in the pool room. Huge pool though. There were so many people here as well, especially at the pool.

A different stay with proper amenities somewhere

The hotel staff was minimally pleasant. The courtesy was not met in the slightest. Food was not warm. I couldn’t eat what was provided.
