Room was not totally clean upon arrival, never had room serviced the entire time (4day stay), ran out of toiletries and there was none available for restocking, pantry store was low on stock and had melted ice cream treats, system not working at checkout and unable to know total bill at checkout. Indoor pool was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The motel didn't live up to the Holiday inn Express brand....poor breakfast....rooms did not have adequate amenities and price was extremely high for the quality. Further Expedia failed to provide an adequate discount as your charges were $100 above what the final receipt revealed from motel.

Convenient hotel for us, close to the airport and we appreciated the shuttle service. I was disappointed they didn’t have an option to provide us with an early breakfast to go, as we had an early flight before the weekend breakfast started
