horrible customer service!!
Property was nice but the hotel double billed us (one via hotels.com and the other when they checked us in). Three staff members confirmed that they double billed us (and another guest too). Amazingly they were completely unwilling to issue the credit. Hotels.com did issue the credit but this is an issue with the hotel and i would highly recommend to NOT go to this hotel if you dont want to be double billed. We will not be back. Amazing how completly uncaring they were ( four calls all together).

Go to check in. They tell me my reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights was canceled. I never received anything telling me this. Card card was already charged. Now I have to fight to get my money back. Had to search for a new hotel. Manager wouldn’t come out to speak to us. ☹️🤬
