Second stay at this hotel and it was good overall. I love being able to do a mini staycation and have a room that’s basically a 1 bedroom apt. The amenities, particularly the gym, were nice to have access to during my stay as well. I wish there were better tasting options for breakfast though. The eggs and sausage did not taste good at all and despite being in warmers were both cold. I also wish the comforter on the bed was a bit heavier and/or warmer which I took mental note of on my first stay so I brought my own blanket but someone having never stayed here before who didn’t know to do that would potentially have a really hard time staying warm at night. Last note- I didn’t notice it until the day of check out and thankfully it didn’t bite me but I had a good sized spider in my room. I assume it was there the whole time because the web built from the nightstand to the bed was a good size. I don’t know what kind of spider it was and I know it’s hard to get them all even with pest control services but the web was attached to the sheet which made me feel like the room either sat empty for a while or the sheets weren’t changed? Idk. Overall though I will probably stay here again in the future.

From now on this is where I will stay in Grand Rapids. This is the second time Ive stayed at a Towne Place Suites and have been very impressed both times. Could up the breakfast game a bit but the rooms and amenities were excellent!

It was annoying that they seemed to be using internet for their tv service and it kept losing signal and buffering while trying to watch tv. It is a pretty important amenity that most people use and expect in a hotel and it should work properly. Staff said that service was out and had no solution or way to compensate for this.

Very nice hotel.. Great size room with a kitchen. Breakfast great and pool very well maintained. Location was excellent We will stay here again when we come back up to Grand Rapids.

We liked that the location was convenient. Though it is near an expressway, you could not hear traffic noise, which allowed for a restful sleep.
