Located in Tróia Atlantic Villas, near Comporta, the Troia Regal Villa is absolutely stunning.

Just moments from the Atlantic ocean, you and your guests can enjoy the delights of Comporta from this excellent property.

Beach restaurants, cosy town tavernas, and the stunning ocean are all yours to revel in. the villa’s only about an hour and a half from Lisbon too, so if anyone feels like some big city lights this can easily be arranged. The Troia Regal Villa is breathtaking in its modernity. The outside of the villa is striking in itself, made of wood, bricks and primarily glass to create awesome views of the gorgeous Comporta countryside. The sand- coloured bricks juxtapose nicely with the dark wooden floors outside and the surrounding freshly mowed lawns. A sleek pool is located just outside the villa, along with sun loungers for the whole party, which has an option to heat it if you please.

A huge outdoor dining table made of stunning woodwork has seating for more than 10 guests, and overhanging lights are strung from wooden beams above it meaning there’s the perfect ambience at night time.

There’s also a further outdoor lounge area with a fire-pit, creating a cosy and classy atmosphere. There is also a private car park with electric charging ports, exhibiting this villa’s modern outlook. Inside, the interiors are made up of unique, colourful hanging light features, huge modern art adorning the walls and huge windows. The sitting room features velvet sofas and poppy artwork, whilst the dining room has both an island and a large table. The entire ground floor is open plan, with light shedding in from the glass walls and a multitude of modern ornaments, arranged around the rooms. There is a laundry room located on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms, each with king beds and large closets. The first bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and has its own bath and an entrance onto the decking and pool outside.

Upstairs, there are 2 further bedroom suites. One overlooks the living area and has a shower. The other has a bathroom with a bath and its own private veranda.

All in all, the Regal Villa is modern, stylish and classy, and will leave you and your guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

great house - location but not perfect
House was great but with few issues (TV not working on the resort, leak of AC) Restaurants are a bit far but the location is perfect if you want to access the beach. Will return without any hesitation to the house.
