Hotel clearly has been recently renovated and looks quite nice for an old hotel. My room #110 was nice, but soon discovered door wouldn’t lock. A nice young man - Matthew - who works there noticed me struggling with it and ended up quickly getting me into #108. All was well after that. Yes, there are minor maintenance issues in room but all small. HOWEVER, the “breakfast” was basically worthless: A container with 2 types of stale cereal (I ate Frosted Flakes -it was ghastly so I ate NOTHING else); Bowl of 8-10 OLD & ugly oranges; A plastic bag of maybe 4-5 pieces of bread; Half-filled metal pitcher of milk; Waffle mix & hot iron. As nice as the hotel was, this “breakfast” really tainted my stay here.

The bathroom floor tiles had broken grout and all tiles were wobbly, shower caused massive water all over floor and then we had a major frog problem in our room. We had over 20 little frogs that kept coming in from god knows where.

The floor in the bath unsafe . Light for the bathroom would not turn on half the time . Bug in the room . The shower head did not work the best . Said they had a swimming pool which is not true . Breakfast had waffles cereal and that was about it the oranges were rotten.

This was the second time we stayed at this property within a few days. The first visit the room was nice and clean. This last visit the rooms flooring looked like a 10 year old installed it. Large spaces between planks as well as screws holding down some. Very uneven and spongy. Was very disappointed.

There were no cups in the room to drink water or coffee and the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned from the last use. The facility is old and shows its age. The condition of the room was not completely clean around the edges, like grout and paint.

We checked in, they gave us a room that someone was staying in.. the room they switched is to head hair all Ober the bathroom... coffee in morning was water with a brown hue... Pancake batter was spoiled, and there was 2 pieces of bread in the breakfast box.. worst hostess ever!!!

My original room, the door card lock & handle would detach from the door when trying to unlock & enter room. Received another room, the in room refrigerator door was left partially open and water from the refrigerator freezer ice accumulation had melted & was all over floor. I used the rooms towels to mop up water and noticed that the white towels were completely black from dirty floor. Someone’s USED TOOTHBRUSH was lying next to the microwave. Their breakfast isn’t. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

We had a late check in, after midnight (which is why we just dealt with it and did not request a different room). Gal at the front desk was nice enough. Room was dirty. There was someone else’s toothpaste spit and hair in the sink. A dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Crumbs on the night stand, coffee table and all over the carpet. Down the side of the bottom of the bed below the mattress was something disgusting like nasty spit or vomit. But pulling down the sheets, the bed was clean and turned out to be pretty comfortable. The towels were clean and the AC worked. That’s basically the only “good” I can say. Upon checking out, I pointed out that the room was dirty and did not even receive an apology. He just said that he would let housekeeping know. Like I said, it was late and all we wanted to do was go to sleep. It had “good” reviews which was why we picked it. But I would not stay here again.
