"The location of the hotel is fantastic. The service was super complicated, to change the restaurant breakfast time you need to wait at the reception. Telephone numbers (reception, room service) were several times not answering. Food in the room was half cold. In October the weather was cold but the air condition and heating did not heat. This is most likely the very best hotel in town, but compared with other 4 star hotels this is sub standard. Nevertheless I would recommend it in Ronda, even though service, restaurant and cleaning is less than perfect. The garage from the front gate has a dangerous slim entrance for a larger car, I did not understand why the large back entrance (exit) is not used for entry also."
