They offered breakfast, were in a good location, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms seemed remodeled. Everything was great! The only downside is that there is only one small elevator, which I feel could be a safety issue when the staff is using it to move cleaning carts and repair items in the morning. Another guest in a wheelchair had to wait a long time for the elevator to be free and I was frustrated for them since I had the opportunity to use the stairs. Waiting for the elevator that long was frustrating on all levels.

Super clean, friendly and helpful! There was always a friendly face to lend a hand or offer assistance to anything we needed. Pool and Gym we clean and well stocked. The kiddos love it. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Mostly good but we had a housekeeper come into the room and start making it up at 9:30 even though we didn't need to check out until 11. That was a bit inconvenient.

Wonderful bed/bedding and shower. I was very impressed! Rated down just a bit as the hotel called me twice -- once to confirm when I would check-in and another time to ask if they could have my King room and give me a double Queen. They needed the King room for someone else. Very unusual. My stay was great, though.
