Key didn’t work twice. I had to ask for a discount given I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me. Took over 40 minutes for me to finally get in my car room (a different room). Manager did give me a discount and I appreciate that.

We always enjoy our stay at the Drury, The staff is always excellent. The thing that brought my rating from excellent to good Wes that during our stay the hotel was also running as a dorm for a local college.

Although there were a lot of homeless people around, the area itself was extremely convenient for what we were staying for. The breakfast and ‘kickback hour’ were great and helped us save on our eating out budget. The room was clean and well kept.

Our bed had strange stains on the cover, the blanket and the pillows. As housekeeping was no longer there, reception gave us new bed linen so that we could make it ourselves. Housekeeping should take a better look at how things are cleaned. The bathroom was clean. Windows were dirty too.
