We had a very good stay, the only thing I wish Was that the breakfast was better. They did not offer bacon, if I cant Have bacon with breakfast that’s a deal breaker! Also, the French toast strips they offered were hard as a rock. I waited for them to bring out more only for those to be hard too. The next morning we went out to breakfast instead of eating there. Otherwise our stay was great!

The staff was AMAZING!!! So friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and super comfy. The hotel itself was convenient to downtown and other businesses we visited while in Greenville. I would recommend 10/10 for Best Western Plus!

The hotel was excellently placed between Spartanburg & Greenville areas. Easy check-in and room was very affordable and well kept after. Upgrading the room was done at a rate. The overall stay was convenient and excellent. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Would come back again. We’ve stayed at many best western plus and premiers, though this is a plus, this was much nicer then the other BW Plus we’ve stayed at, I’d rank it closer to a BW Premier. The room was clean and well decorated the shower was very modern, loved it. The bed was okay the pillows were good not flat. It was 5 min from the mall and about 10 from downtown. Though it’s not on the water this hotel gives you luxury feeing for a very reasonable price. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing and the hot/cold breakfast was good. If I was going to be critical, the elevator was loud and the lobby was small for the amount of people. But truly there is not much more to criticize. We will be gladly coming back. We had the suite with one bedroom and it was such a great price for everything we got.

Breakfast was very nice! Unique to have so many choices. The light from the smoke alarm strobed intermittently all night which was distracting. Room could have had a better light blackout curtains @ the window. We did not rest well between those 2 things.
