Girls weekend

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. We are in the 55 age group and have stayed in multiple VRBO homes over the years, but this one is special. Our hosts have honestly thought of EVERYTHING!. The home was spotless. Comfortably furnished. We slept like babies and had anything we might need at our finger tips. And let me say for clarity. This is not leftovers from previous guests, I am talking thoughtfully chosen necessities you would have in your own home, new and carefully organized, ready if you need it. We were all so impressed. We will definitely book again when we return to Greenville!thought of EVERYTHING!

Best appointed with extra touches

This cottage is adorable inside! The host has made it special with much consideration. Snacks, coffee, creamers, hygiene products, firewood - they thought of everything! The neighborhood gave me pause when I first arrived but I felt safe and fine once I settled in. The barking dog next door was annoying until she got used to me there. I would stay here again for the coziness!

We absolutely loved our staycation here. Incredible attention to detail and comfort. For example the kitchen wasn't only stocked it was organized and plus multiple outlets. Had everything we needed and more. The host definitely made our stay feel like a home away from home.

Absolutely perfect!

The house was perfect for our family of 3, visiting extended family over the Christmas holiday this year.The place was clean, had fantastic furniture and decor, and the kitchen had everything I could want.I've seen some comments about the neighborhood, and want to say that at no time did we feel unsafe or uneasy. The neighborhood was great, and we had no concerns. It might not be the most affluent area, but it was certainly safe and I had no concerns letting our 7yo play in the back yard alone.I hope this rental is available for our next trip to visit family in Greenville, all other rentals will pale in comparison to this one!

Cottage cozy

The property was super cute with more supplies provided than any other place we have stayed. We brought a lot of our own stuff but didn't even have to unpack a lot of it. Neat clean and well decorated. Chris and Thomas were friendly and helpful and the WiFi problem we had was handled to our satisfaction. The only pause we had is that the area was not what we were use to but was fine.

A Wonderful Place

Immaculate - above and beyond clean. Thoughtful - The hosts have gone out of their way to ensure you have more than enough for a lovely stay. After a nine hour drive, arriving here was nicer than arriving home. The home was spotless with snacks on the counter and cool drinks in the fridge. It's as if they knew we would have a travel weary 7 year old and were ready for us. There are other small touches throughout that made you feel like you were staying with someone who cared. When we arrived at our next stop, we sorely missed this place and wanted to return. It was such a blessing to stay here.

Absolutely loved it!

My husband and I stayed here at the Cottage Haven and our first impression was.. "Wow, such a cute cottage!" It felt very homey, cozy and inviting. The cottage was very clean, we loved the furniture and the way every room was decorated. I especially loved the smelling scent in the guest bathroom, I didn't catch a name on the bottle but I'll always remember that smell and should I ever run into again, I'll remember this cozy cottage! You can tell that Chris and Tom thought of everything for their guests and it really showed. We felt like we were staying with family. We also really liked that it was within 5 minutes of downtown GV which made for an easy travel to and from the cottage. Communicating with Chris and Tom was delightful, they made sure we got in okay and that all was good. I'd absolutely recommend this sweet cottage to anyone visiting Greenville!

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed staying here! Great for a family, roomy, homey, quick communication with the host. It was so well stocked for every need, especially the kitchen - seriously, three types of coffee makers for however you make it (btw check out Due South nearby!) A very quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Swamp Rabbit Hop Skip & Jump

This property was even better than we expected! We gathered here as our home base for a half marathon race on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It had all the comforts of home and then some. It was so comfy and cozy. And a special treat was how close it is to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery. We were able to walk over and enjoy a sunny afternoon on their courtyard. The hosts were extremely helpful with all our questions prior to arrival and made sure the check in and check out processes were so smooth. I would highly recommend this rental!

Greenville Getaway

Had a beautiful and restful getaway with friend at Cottage Haven. Home was beautifully done inside and out. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Home host made contact with us and let us know if we needed anything to let her know. We never needed a thing all was great. The cottage was comfortable and cozy. My friend and I left feeling refreshed. Oasis in a Crazy World

The cottage was amazing!. It was the perfect combination of elegance and comfort. All of our needs were anticipated and met, down to the very last detail. It was like a sanctuary, set apart from our normally chaotic, stressful world. My daughter and I travel a lot and have agreed that this was probably the nicest place we've ever stayed. Christine and Thomas were wonderful. It was our first time in the area and they were always there to answer questions or provide directions and recommendations. Well appointed property

We were able to ride our bikes to the Swamp Rabbit Trail from the house and it was a short Lyft ride to the Peace Center fro a show. The covered deck was nice for breakfast in the morning since the weather was so nice. The home was very clean and updated and perfect for our party of four.

Cozy cottage visit

My husband and I came to Greenville to visit our adult children and welcome a new grandchild! We loved our stay at this very cute, clean, and well appointed cottage. The owners really thought of everything! The house has been updated and everything is so well done and decorated perfectly. There were welcome snacks and drinks, toiletries, great consideration of electronics and charging spaces. The king bed was very comfortable-the hosts were easy to contact and prompt in replies. We were able to cook food to take to the new baby family. The house was close to everything we needed to visit! Thank you for a job well done!
