I'm a Hilton Honors member and booked a king room because I am in a boot post-surgery and needed space to protect it from being hit accidentally by my husband when I slept. When we checked in at 6:30pm, they said they were "out of king rooms" so they had changed my reservation to 2 queens and "was that ok?" As if I had any choice. The property was alright but there are many signs of wear and age--the linens were snagged and piling and there are scuff marks all over the walls and other signs of wear that need attention. I was really frustrated about their running out of room types that were specifically reserved in advance, especially being a Hilton Honors member myself. I won't be staying here again.
