The front desk person April was wonderful and friendly. The free breakfast was great on the first day. The next day they were out of 2 of the 3 juice options. The hot food choice of eggs and sausage did not change. The room itself was fine, until you looked closer. The lamp and outlet were very dusty. The shower wall was not clean. The bathroom door frame had handprints on it. The toilet filling up was extremely slow and loud. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

inside of hotel was a little dirty. Especially the floors. breakfast buffet was lacking variety of food items. I've stayed at other hotel for the same money with better breakfast items. Maids came every other day. had them come every day because of towel shortage. very stingy and conservative with everything. Hotel management definitely trying to save money. I would not stay again at this property.

The room was nice - microwave & fridge, had room to move around. But the toilet kept running. And A/C had something loose so it made a lot of noise when running. We told the front desk the next morning and they would send someone while we were out. Four days later and nobody fixed either issue. We turned the A/C off at night, and shut off water before bedtime. But the lobby and and hallways looked nice and new. I guess they are short staffed.

This place was awesome. Clean, breakfast was wonderful, beds so comfortable, rooms are beautiful amd they think of things you are most likely to leave home provided for you. The bath soaps was spa amazing and entirely smoke free

This place was great! Nice staff, nice and clean,very comfortable beds and only like a 10-15 min ride from everything we wanted to do or see while visiting Greenville. Highly recommend!

I never made it to the hotel! I was stuck in traffic on the way down and calculated I would not get there till two in the morning. When I went to cancel online from my car stopped in traffic I was told I could not cancel because it was too late. This service sucks.

M trip started off bad with the lady at the front desk being rude as I tried to check in. She was very unfriendly. I had stayed 4 nights and everyday I saw the same melted chocolate ice cream on the floor by the elevator. There was no importance to clean at this hotel. I had to tell the staff in the morning multiple times that the coffee was out at breakfast before they got more out. Overall would not stay here again.

We were about 15 minutes from downtown but that was not a problem. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. My husband is disabled and we were told we would have a walk-in shower… that didn’t happen! But after speaking with management we were transferred to a room with a beautiful walk-in shower! We appreciated the way they corrected the mistake! The continental breakfast didn’t have everything we’re used to (mainly fresh fruit) but it was sufficient. We would stay there again!

I was annoyed that a week b/f this i had booked to stay at this same hotel and the cost was 108 and this stay was 197. It was after Hurricane Helene hit Greenville so my assumption is b/c of this it was so high,but disappointed in the increase when there is a need for rooms.

Initially the Indian gentlemen who took care of us was awful and rude. We had rented four rooms and was there for our daughter’s wedding. During the hurricane my daughter and fiancé lost power (minimal considering what others lost) but they both are emergency workers and hadn’t had sleep or hot showers. So while we were making our 15 hour trip I told her to check into the hotel and this front end employee wouldn’t let them in and as they tried to explain the situation he kicked them both out. Management was no help. When we finally got to the hotel he had wrong rooms for us snd stated they were fully booked. Within ten minutes suddenly a room with double beds came up. Once we got to our rooms the carpet by the bed was absolutely soaked with water from the a/c unit. They did come up and fixed it but the carpet took the entire week to dry and the room smelled of wet carpet. The rest of our weeks stay was simply just ok. Realizing the hurricane disrupted everything but does not cause people to be rude especially to the emergency workers out there working thru trying to help out there. I definitely will not be staying there again.
