This is such a beautiful hotel. All the staff are professional, warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and spacious with excellent amenities and great views. The extras like handwritten notes, travel recommendations and helpful advice about visiting Grindelwald were icing on the cake.

The room was very dated. Ancient TV that did not work properly. Leaking faucet. Uncomfortable bed. 7 francs for a small bottle of still water. It looks like the room has not been renovated for at least 10 years.

Loved everything about this place! Our room faces the front of the hotel and looked right out at the Eiger. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this property to a friend and I hope I have the chance to go back!

Rooms were spacious and balconies allowed great views. The bedding was not up to standard I expected with pillows extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Requested toothpaste for two rooms and were provided a single small toothpaste. No charging converters provided on requesting. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff very friendly.

Suite room was so nice!
1. Room: The room has a really fantastic Eiger view! 2. Staff: When we first asked how turn on the fireplace, the staffs answered that it is just a model. After we noticed it is not a model, however, they finally turned on it within a second. Their attitude was so terrible.
