Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Bevor Sie überhaupt in unserem Haus angekommen sind, wollten Sie nicht anwesend sein... Sie kamen am frühen Nachmittag an und wurden gebeten, zu warten und unser Dorf zu besuchen, während wir Ihr Zimmer vorbereiteten, wie es sein sollte. Wir geben die Schlüssel zu den Zimmern vor 16 Uhr, wenn möglich. In unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ist der "Check-in" von 14h bis 18h geplant, gemäß dem Zeitplan der Zimmer. Um zu gefallen, weil wir von Ihrer Reaktion überrascht waren, haben wir Ihnen angeboten, bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit kostenlos wiederzukommen. Deshalb sagen wir unsere Geste ab, um Sie zufrieden zu stellen, es ist eine Schade für Sie....Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!!!!
